How to: Change the font for a single label.
Solution:
Select 'Tools', 'Envelopes and Labels...' and right-click on the address text on the Labels tab. Select 'Fonts...' and make changes.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Envelopes and Labels...'. (The Envelopes and Labels dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Labels' tab.
3) Select the text in the 'Address' box.
4) Right-click (click on the right mouse button) to display the Shortcut menu.
5) Select 'Font...'. (The Font dialog box appears.)
6) Select the desired font from the 'Font' list box. (The newly selected font appears in the Preview box.)
7) (Optional) Select a new font style (regular, bold, italic, etc.) from the 'Font Style' box.
8) (Optional) Select a new font point size from the 'Size' box.
9) (Optional) Select a new font color from the 'Color' drop-down list box.
10) (Optional) Select from the 'Underline' drop-down list box to underline the text.
11) Click 'OK'.
12) Click 'Print'.
